They are superior to any other lab in the area in terms of service, cost and time to return results. After calling other labs nearby it was easy to determine this. I dropped off my sample and it took five minutes. No issues with sample drop off. I received my results within the time the lab had promised over email. I couldn’t ask for more. This lab is very under rated on Google maps. To the lab staff, thank you all the help, I am feeling better because of your help🙏🏻

Fatal I spoke to the call center and they told me that in that branch I did not require an appointment for x-rays and when I arrived they told me that it is mandatory with an appointment, horrible service in the branch and ZERO TRAINING IN THEIR CALL CENTER, in life I return, fortunately there are many serious laboratories and it's not expensive and poorly attended, it's a shame there aren't zero stars otherwise that would have qualified

TERRIBLE SERVICE They told me a waiting time of 1 hour and 3 hours later I had to ask for my money and ADDITIONALLY they did not want to return it in cash I had to wait 7 to 15 days for a refund.

More than an hour and a half to take the sample and there were only 4 people before, they allow people to pass without the use of face masks, poor service.

They sent me here from Santamaría for the antigen test and it doesn't have one. Material from ago. One week don't waste your time
